Throughout the year I tackled quite a bit the issue of mobile applications using Voice over IP technology, on this same technology I will also write in this, my last article this year.
As we already know, for iOS and Android there is a multitude of applications that allow us to call or send messages to our contacts without having to spend a single peso, thanks to the use of Voice over IP technology and mobile Internet plan Via a WI-Fi connection) from our smartphone.
Among the most recognized mobile IM and Voice over IP applications among Dominicans that I have recommended over this year, we have Skype, WhatsApp, Pmessenger, Viber, Fring and Live Profile, but they are not the only ones that deserve to be recommended Because, what happens when our contacts do not have a smartphone with free instant messaging and mobile Internet access permanently? So to communicate in these cases there is another free and very interesting alternative: Textfree with Voice and Voicemail.
This application allows us to send and receive text messages FREE and unlimitedly to mobile numbers within the United States (and already very well tested and confirmed by me, to any Dominican Republic cell phone in Orange, Viva and Claro) China, Venezuela , Ecuador, Israel, Panama, Spain, Mexico, Chile, Colombia, Peru, and Argentina. From that telephone number we can send and receive text messages and also receive calls free of charge.
